Kenso API changelog

Every change to the Kenso API, grouped by dated version. Send Ken-Version: <date> and your integration keeps that version's shapes until it retires, 12 months after the next version ships. A request without the header uses the version its API key is pinned to. Ken-Version: 1.1 is an alias of the first version.
